Expanding my repertiore of hands-on art techniques led me to dip my toe in the molten world of metal sculpture and welding. - Bachelor of Arts from Scripps College in Claremont, CA. Majoring in Studio Art with emphasis on photography and computer graphics, I was one of very few students with access to the new technologies which were bringing photography and video to the desktop computer in the early 90's. I was also the recipent of a National Art Foundation Award for my senior project in 1994. - Art Institute of Houston's Applied Photography Program, 1990.
